This page explains what Clinix Mobile collects and why. The app is a personal health helper. It is not a doctor and does not replace medical care.

Who we are

Clinix Mobile is published by the developer of this app (Firebase project clinix-89661). Android package: com.ljbdelacruz.clinixmobile. iOS bundle: com.ljbdelacruz.clinixmobile123.

What we collect

Account. Email and name if you sign in with email or Google (Firebase Authentication).
What you type. Symptom descriptions you send for analysis.
Photos you attach (optional). Lab or medical images you choose to upload. These are sent to our analysis function so the AI can read them.
History. Saved checks on your device and, when you are signed in, in Cloud Firestore under your user id.
Purchases. Subscription status via RevenueCat and the app stores. We do not see your full card number.
Ads. If you are on the free plan, Google AdMob may use a device advertising id (you can refuse tracking on iOS).
Crash reports. Sentry may receive technical errors (no passwords). The app shows only simple messages to you.

How we use it

To run symptom analysis (Cloud Function askHealth + Google Gemini).
To show your history and daily free-check limits.
To unlock Pro features after a store purchase.
To keep the free tier available with ads.
To fix bugs.

Who else can see data

Google Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Cloud Functions).
Google Gemini processes the text and images you submit for a health analysis. Do not send information you do not want processed.
RevenueCat and Apple / Google Play for subscriptions.
Google AdMob for ads.
Sentry for crash reports.

We do not sell your health notes. Store and ad partners have their own policies.

How long we keep it

Account and history stay while you use the app. You can delete individual history items in the app. To delete your account and remaining cloud data, contact us from the Support tab and ask for deletion. Local data is removed if you uninstall the app.

Children

Clinix Mobile is not directed at children under 13. Do not create an account for a child under 13.

Your choices

Use the app without attaching photos.
Sign out anytime.
Decline ad tracking on iOS when asked.
Turn off ads by using Pro (when available).

Security

We use HTTPS and Firebase security rules so other users cannot read your history. No system is perfect. Avoid photographing IDs or other people’s records unless you have the right to do so.

Contact

Use the Support tab inside Clinix Mobile. For store privacy questions, reply from the email on your purchase receipt.

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
